About
Local craft. Straight answers.
Total Construction is a Malad City contractor for repairs, remodels, and handyman work — and for custom new homes across southern Idaho. Same person, same standard, whatever the size of the job.
Our approach
One trusted pro for more of your list
Too often, small jobs get ignored and bigger projects get overcomplicated. We handle the handyman list and the remodel, and we build custom new homes when you are ready for a house of your own — with a clear scope instead of a runaround.
You work directly with the person responsible for the job. That means clearer communication, fair pricing, and accountability — not a chain of middlemen.
We're licensed and insured, and we partner with trusted licensed trades when electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or roofing needs to be part of the plan.
